Sportsbook Specialist

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Sportsbook Specialist to join the Super Technologies team and help shape a best-in-class betting experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning, optimizing, and continuously improving our sportsbook offering—combining deep sports insight with data-led decision making and cross-department collaboration. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sports, energized by fast-paced environments, and motivated to contribute to a market-leading product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing and identifying sports trends
• Planning the Sportsbook offering, including daily content updates on the site
• Reporting on sports performance by preparing weekly, periodic, and quarterly sportsbook reports
• Collaborating and aligning with other departments—particularly the trading, CRM, and marketing teams involved in the SBK vertical—in order to establish a clear strategy for SBK
• Researching and proposing ways to improve efficiency and implement new ideas
• Maintaining and updating the sports calendar
• Monitoring and analyzing the competition
• Maintaining and analyzing sports betting rules
• Ensuring accurate translations
• Managing FTP games
• Testing products and providing feedback

What we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing Sportsbook activities in online betting
• Understanding of operations and strong product knowledge
• Energetic and passionate about achieving market leadership; self-motivated and proactive
• Understanding user needs, habits, and segmentation, leading to efficient acquisition and retention strategies
• Active interest in sports
• Analytical mindset
• Teamwork skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Figma
