Join our Trading Department in Greece! We are looking for a dynamic Offer Team Leader to drive our team's success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create reports upon management's request;
• Define and organize sports competitions;
• Determine odds for daily and weekly event offerings;
• Monitor events included in the offer;
• Carry out any other lawful tasks assigned by superiors, in line with their qualifications;
• Track and analyse event statistics;
• Monitor, analyse, and verifie ticket registration statistics;
• Prepare various reports on revenue and payment status;
• Create and implement new types of bets and bonuses;
• Communicate any subsequent changes in the offer to the Operations department;
• Maintain constant communication with the risk management team to control exposure and ensure an optimal balance between margins and probabilities;
• Maintain and updates databases and trading systems with relevant, up-to-date information on teams, players, and other key variables;
• Conduct in-depth market analysis on football teams, players, form trends, and other relevant factors to adjust odds in real-time;
• Monitor clients, betting limits, and reports customer activity;
• Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of both manual and automated betting offers;
• Monitor competitor’s special betting offers and adjusts pricing and marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proven experience in sportsbook operations or a similar role at least 5 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively and foster the development of new ideas to achieve team objectives.
• Willingness to share expertise and knowledge with colleagues.
• Ability to efficiently balance individual and team work, adapting to task requirements to achieve the best possible results.
• Capability to maintain composure and sound judgment, continuously improve professional performance, enhance current work outcomes, and refine skills to uphold a high level of professional competence in a highly competitive environment.
• Passion for sports and local knowledge about sports, especially for football.
