⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source and grow the candidate pool using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and various other channels.
- Research and identify new, creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct HR interviews, assessing candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment journey.
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical fields.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with technical terminology.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Responsible, hard-working person with good problem-solving skills;
- Proactive position, and excellent team player;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build good relationships with people;
- Strong time management skills.
