We are looking for a Project Manager at Softermii who has basic experience in working with requirements and had proven track of records to effectively setup development processes and drive project execution by team of up to 7 people.
The client is a worldwide iGaming B2b provider. Among the projects are betting on the Horse Racing game with free-to-play gaming features and Social Casino.
Type of cooperation: Full-time/remote
⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the customer and the development team; gather and clarify priorities, communicate them clearly, and ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members by providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations.
- Plan and manage project tasks and releases according to team capacity; develop realistic timelines and ensure their execution.
- Oversee project budget, including resource costs, obligations, and expense forecasting.
- Adapt project plans and priorities in response to changing business requirements and conditions.
- Contribute ideas to improve product efficiency, team productivity, and overall delivery process.
- Maintain a basic understanding of databases and system architecture to support collaboration with technical teams.
- Work closely with team leads to manage team composition, track time, monitor performance, and handle reporting.
- Support and drive the hiring process: write job descriptions, participate in interviews, and participate in decision-making for new hires.
- Support a positive and motivated team environment, fostering ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management.
- Experience with gambling and the casino domain is must have.
- Advanced English level.
- Proven experience in creating roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document project information.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various project stakeholders.
- Data visualization expertise, including the ability to create mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, and prototypes.
- Practical experience and understanding of the pre-sale process.
- Experience in project scope decomposition and estimation.
- High-level understanding of team composition and how to build an effective project team.
- Extensive experience in preparing User Stories and documenting Acceptance Criteria, with approval processes involving clients.
- Ability to review UI/UX designs, evaluate them against requirements, and suggest corrections when needed.
- Strong understanding of business flows, processes, and their purposes.
- Ability to simplify solutions when clients propose overly complex requirements.
- Experience in managing Change Requests and risks associated with projects.
It would be a plus if you have an understanding of marketing and conversion rates.
