⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
-Establish and optimize development processes to ensure efficient project execution by a team of up to 7 people.
-Analyze, understand, and document project requirements, offering feasible solutions within technical and budgetary constraints.
-Document decisions and meeting minutes in a clear and concise manner.
-Communicate directly with clients to clarify priorities, align expectations, and ensure successful delivery by the team.
-Facilitate communication between stakeholders, provide progress updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations to maintain alignment.
-Plan team tasks and releases based on capacity, develop realistic project schedules, and monitor their implementation to ensure timelines are met.
-Manage project budgets, considering resource costs, obligations, and expense forecasting.
-Adapt quickly to changes in project requirements or the business environment without compromising project outcomes.
-Generate and propose new ideas to improve product efficiency and competitiveness.
-Build and motivate productive development teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.
-Ensure basic understanding of databases and project technologies for effective communication with technical teams.
-Work effectively with Team Composition, PNL, Time Tracking, and Reporting processes.
-Remain comfortable in a dynamic environment, easily switching contexts while maintaining focus on quality outcomes.
-Leading the launch of new projects, including kick-offs with clients and teams, and creating communication plans.
-Transferring project information from the sales office to relevant departments (e.g., Heads of Offices).
-Facilitating the selection of team members for projects in collaboration with Heads of Offices.
-Creating job descriptions for new positions and making hiring decisions.
-Achieving project KPIs and ensuring team alignment with project goals.
-Training team members in necessary technical and soft skills.
-Addressing and solving problems related to the team or customer.
-Identifying and handling customer upsale opportunities.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
-Generating a continuous backlog of ideas for new features and future releases.

🗞Our requirements to you:
- 2+ years of experience as PM in an outsourcing company.
- Experience with similar domain is must have.
- Advanced English level.
-Proven experience in creating roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management.
-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
-Proficiency in using project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document project information.
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various project stakeholders.
-Data visualization expertise, including the ability to create mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, and prototypes.
-Practical experience and understanding of the pre-sale process.
-Experience in project scope decomposition and estimation.
-High-level understanding of team composition and how to build an effective project team.
-Extensive experience in preparing User Stories and documenting Acceptance Criteria, with approval processes involving clients.
-Ability to review UI/UX designs, evaluate them against requirements, and suggest corrections when needed.
-Strong understanding of business flows, processes, and their purposes.
-Ability to simplify solutions when clients propose overly complex requirements.
-Experience in managing Change Requests and risks associated with projects.
It would be a plus if you have an understanding of marketing and conversion rates.
