We are seeking an HR Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in business process environments, and is eager to enhance their HR management skills. ⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
- Onboarding and Adaptation of New Employees: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process and help new hires integrate into the company culture, ensuring a seamless transition and early-stage support
- Monitor Performance Evaluation Processes: Oversee the performance review cycles and ensure timely feedback, while developing individual development plans to support employee growth and career progression
- Support Corporate Culture: Foster a positive work environment by developing employee engagement programs, enhancing internal communications, and organizing team-building events to strengthen company culture
- Conduct Regular One-to-One Meetings: Regularly meet with employees to assess their development, identify their needs, and provide guidance and support in achieving their professional goals
- Employee Retention: Work on strategies and initiatives to improve employee retention, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any concerns to maintain a stable workforce
- Offboarding Employees: Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees, conducting exit interviews, and gathering feedback to improve retention and company processes
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience in organizing and implementing internal HR/Admin processes within a company
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Fluent Ukrainian level.

- Strong communication, negotiation skills, proactivity, and flexibility;
