⚡️About the Role:
We are seeking an a Product Owner/Manager, who will drive the exciting launch of a new iGaming product.
Type of cooperation: Full-time cooperation, remote
You can be part of the following team: Product Owner, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Copywriter, Business Analyst, Front-end Developer, Back-end Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps.
⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Develop Vision: Create and align a mid to long-term product vision with the CEO and senior management, guiding all product development teams. Generate new hypotheses, test and implement them.
- Participate in Strategy creation: Oversee product delivery by establishing processes, roadmaps, and strategies to realize the company’s vision.
- Lead Team: Clearly deliver new ideas and the company plans to development team
Market research and competitors analysis.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all employees.
- Inspire Marketing: Use market, customer, and product data to set consumer metrics and KPIs, guiding the marketing team for continuous product improvement.
- Build Bridges: foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver top-quality products.
- Ensure Product Excellence: Beyond developing new features and products, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across all our products. This includes ensuring everything runs smoothly, with no errors, and that all products remain in top working order. They will collaborate closely with the content department to achieve this.
- Product hands-on: Customize and launch new features and projects to meet business goals needs;
- Submitting product improvement requests and escalate technical issues;
- Collaborating with design teams to improve UX in both the back-office and client front end;
- Collaborating with brand clients and internal stakeholders to improve KYC and Responsible igaming features.
- Oversee the development and optimization of the Ecosystem, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Understand the intricacies of payment processes, including fraud and risk management, customer support, and external payment provider integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and manage the product backlog.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress, timelines, and outcomes.
- Conduct demos and training sessions for stakeholders and team members.
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the dynamic world of iGaming.
- Experience in similar areas as a Product Owner for 2 years or more.
- Experience in similar areas as a Product Manager for 1 year or more.
- Deep understanding of similar areas, reflecting your dedication to staying ahead of the curve.
- A strong command of metrics, translating raw data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Creativity to infuse every project with innovation and vitality.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key metrics, including bonus systems, and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze market, customer, and product data to inform decisions.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient level of English (both written and verbal)
