💥About Product:

Sweepluxe is a Social Casino project, an online platform that provides a virtual gambling experience without real-money involvement. It combines elements of social networking and casino games, allowing users to play slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, and more in a simulated gambling environment.

The primary goal is to offer entertainment and social interaction, enabling users to create profiles, connect with friends, send virtual gifts, and compete in games. The focus is on building a vibrant community of casino enthusiasts rather than real-money gambling.

⚡️About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) to lead the development of our Social Casino product. The PO is the voice of the player, the advocate of business goals, and the strategic decision-maker ensuring our game delivers exceptional value to both players and the business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, marketing, and analytics, to define and deliver a compelling product experience in a competitive market.

Type of cooperation: Full-time cooperation, remote

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦You can be part of the following team:  Project Manager, UI/UX Designers, Copywriters, Business Analyst, Full Stack Lead, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Junior Developer, Webflow Developer, DevOps, QA Engineers. Client Team: Engineering Manager & Product Owner (currently 1 person, with possible expansion soon), Project Sponsor (Business Owner).

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:

  • Manage the creation, launch, and development of the Casino service.
  • Define the scope of work for the team and prioritize the backlog in Jira.
  • Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timelines, adjusting when necessary.
  • Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes.
  • Collaborate with external providers, partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize platform solutions.
  • Create quality user stories based on PPRD & EPICs (Dev Team USis, ART requirements, COPY requirements, Technical requirements, backend requirements, BackOffice).
  • Manage Team Ceremonies (Grooming, Pre-planning, Planning, Demo & Retro).
  • Clarify business requirements and remove misunderstandings within the team.
  • Oversee Jira responsibilities (Tasks, User Stories, Pending Bugs, Sprint Boards, Product Incidents, Prioritization, Content Change Requests, Review Comments, Project Planning).
  • Accept and review user stories, ensuring they meet requirements and cover all scenarios.
  • Monitor Sprint status and completion.

🗞Our requirements to you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product development as a Product Manager/Product Owner;
  • 5+ years of managing teams or products;
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry with Casino products or deep knowledge of them.

Product skills:

  • Understanding of product development lifecycle;
  • Must have experience managing products from concept to launch;
  • Must be very analytical and comfortable dealing with ambiguous data;
  • Ability to balance metric-based decision making;
  • Knowledge of casino retention activities will be a plus;
  • In-depth understanding of the Casino customer and bonus mechanics;
  • Data-driven approach and inquiring mindset;
  • Knowledge of Value proposition design is a plus;
  • Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI + Product Design.

Analytics:

  • Analytical thinking, ability to analyze the market and competitors, to find non-standard solutions of tasks;
  • Ability to use analytics/analysis tools, understanding of product figures and indicators;
  • Data-driven and User-oriented approach is a must;
  • Working experience with Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude.

Project management skills:

  • Prioritization of tasks, ability to set up working processes, to arrange and to supervise teams’ work;
  • Experience in working with JIRA / Confluence / Figma.

General:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;
  • Work with payment systems’ integrations.

R&D:

  • Monitoring of the user’s activity (user’s pains), searching for decisions for improving a product (product’s gains).

Legal:

  • To ensure compliance of documents with laws and regulations.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other teams/departments in a company;
  • Managing the roadmap, participating in sprint planning and prioritization;
  • Сonstant work on hypotheses generation and validation via various test suites.

Marketing:

  • Define product marketing strategy and goals;
  • Monitoring marketing product metrics and user flow;
  • Validate marketing strategies and budgets.
  • English proficiency (a plus).

 

💥It would be cool if you have experience with:

  • Have experience with launching mobile apps (iOS/Android).
