Behind every seamless business process is someone who makes the complex feel effortless. As a Technical Application Manager, you’ll be that the architect of integration, the guardian of data flow, and the bridge between the systems that power the company’s operations. 

You don’t just manage tools, you’ll shape how they work together to drive efficiency, automation, and increase insights across the company.  

Your responsibilities:  

  • Own the full lifecycle of business application integrations using Workato. 
  • Design, implement and maintain message-based integrations with RabbitMQ. 
  • Get to know the core platforms (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite, HiBob) so you can connect them in meaningful ways. 
  • Work closely with the Data Team and application owners to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and document integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance. 
  • Join the rotating support schedule every 4–5 weeks to help resolve tooling-related tickets. 

Your Experience and skills 

You’re not just technically skilled; you’re also a great communicator who can translate complexity into clarity, especially for the non-technical stakeholders across the company. 

You take ownership seriously and will finish what you start, knowing the small things can make a big difference in system reliability and user experience. 

Change doesn’t scare you. Whether it’s a new tool, a new challenge, or a new way of working, you’re ready to dive in and make it happen. And can easily adapt with changing priorities. 

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar. 
  • 3+ years in application integration, systems management, or a related technical role. 
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi). 
  • Solid knowledge of RabbitMQ or other message queue systems. 
  • Comfort working with APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and data transformation. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Jira, NetSuite, and HiBob. 
  • A strong grasp of integration best practices, error handling, and monitoring.
