As our Regional Sales Manager, your mission will be to ignite growth and expand our footprint. You will nurture new relationships and cultivate existing ones, ensuring the adoption of our Miles product suite aligns seamlessly with client needs. Your expertise will guide you through complex sales cycles, from inception to deal closure, making you a trusted advisor to our customers.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and orchestration of marketing initiatives alongside our dynamic marketing team.
  • Navigate the complete sales process, advocating for our solutions from the first handshake to the final signature.
  • Collaborate closely with our legal and sales operations teams to streamline the sales journey.
  • Engage in tender processes and shine at both virtual and physical industry events to bolster our market presence.

Your Profile

  • A networker with stellar interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at various levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for negotiation and a penchant for problem-solving.
  • A charismatic presenter and communicator, fluent in both Japanese and English.
  • Willing to travel as needed to forge strong customer connections and internal collaborations.
  • Several years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions
