Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our automation team and deliver cutting-edge automation solutions for our clients. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent test automation strategies using UiPath Test Suite, validate automation workflows, and collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure compliance and security standards. You will play a critical role in advancing AI-driven automation testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements while driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy: Define and execute intelligent test automation strategies aligned with business and technical goals using UiPath Test Suite.
• Framework Development: Build robust, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks for end-to-end testing of RPA workflows and business processes.
• UiPath Test Suite Expertise: Leverage UiPath Test Suite for functional and automated testing, optimize advanced features, and mentor team members.
• Code & Peer Reviews: Conduct timely reviews of automation scripts and ensure best practices are followed.
• DevOps Integration: Integrate test automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control.
• Collaborate on project workstreams, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Analyze automation performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor in intelligent automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with UiPath in automation development and testing.
• Proven track record in automation scripting and intelligent testing.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite.
• Knowledge in at least one consulting area: strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• English proficiency (conversational and written).

Nice to have qualifications & competencies

• Knowledge of programming languages such as .NET or Python for advanced automation scenarios.
• Familiarity with Selenium for complementary automation testing.
