As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be able to lead projects independently or work as part of a team on larger programs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and being the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject-matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Automation Engineers are focused on developing Intelligent Automation solutions, e.g., RPA, IDP, Test Automation, BPM (especially workflow and/or process orchestration), and Conv. AI. Experience in software development (Java, Python, as well as VB.NET)

Responsibilities & tasks for this role

  • Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients

Must-have qualifications & competencies

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform)
  • UiPath certifications are desirable
  • Strong track record of project management and data analysis
  • Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
