Spain is a priority growth market for Roboyo. We’ve built a strong foundation in scaled automation across enterprise workflows and processes, holding Premier Partner status with leading platforms like UiPath, Appian, Mendix, Power Platform, and Celonis. Now, we’re taking the next step: implementing AI tools such as Copilot, OpenAI API, Google Vertex AI, Rainbird, and Parloa for our clients.

Your Mission
- Own and grow the Spain P&L: Drive revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Lead by example: Cultivate a culture of mentorship, uncompromising excellence, advocacy, and celebrating shared team success.
- Land and expand “rock” accounts: Move beyond small proofs of concept to multi-year, transformative partnerships with Spanish multinationals.
- Stand up agentic pods and AI engineering squads: Embed forward-deployed teams inside client organizations.
- Turn partnerships into a GTM engine: Leverage UiPath, Microsoft, Appian, and others to create repeatable success in Iberia.
What You’ll Own
1. Market Ownership & P&L
- Full responsibility for Spain’s P&L: revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITDA.
- Define and execute Spain’s market strategy across IBEX35, national champions, and digital attackers.
- Shape the portfolio mix: from legacy automation to high-margin agentic AI services.
- Build a strong pipeline with disciplined coverage, targeting top-tier AI and automation opportunities.
2. New Logo Hunting & Growth
- Act as the primary hunter and farmer in Spain.
- Lead acquisition in key verticals: Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Retail, Public Sector.
- Sell AI & Agentic Automation transformations: multi-use case roadmaps, AI squads, agentic pods.
- Partner with global teams on lighthouse pursuits headquartered in Spain.
(Focus: ~60–70% hunting & growth / ~30–40% people & operations.)
3. GTM Through Partners & Ecosystem
- Own Spain’s partner GTM with UiPath (priority), Microsoft, Appian, and others.
- Position Roboyo as the partner that “makes AI real in workflows”.
- Build alliances with consulting firms, hyperscalers, industry associations, and communities.
- Represent Roboyo at conferences, panels, and C-level roundtables.
4. Onshore Delivery Leadership
- Grow and lead the Spanish delivery team: consultants, architects, engineers, PMs.
- Oversee AI transformation squads embedded at client sites.
- Ensure flawless delivery of complex automation and AI engagements.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence: utilization, quality, NPS.
5. Culture, Leadership & Talent
- Build and mentor a senior bench of sales, consulting, and engineering leaders.
- Lead the reskilling journey from RPA to AI & agentic engineering.
- Foster a high-performance, high-trust culture with clear goals and transparency.
- Be the voice of Spain in regional leadership forums and events.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in tech-enabled consulting/professional services, with 5+ years owning or co-owning a regional P&L.
- Proven new logo hunter: closed large service deals in Spain (€100k–multi-million).
- Deep expertise in Intelligent Automation (RPA, BPM, IDP) and recent exposure to GenAI / agentic AI.
- Experience building or scaling a practice: hiring, GTM, pipeline, delivery.
- Strong partner-led GTM experience (UiPath, Microsoft, Appian).
- Network with Spanish CIOs/CDOs/COOs and Heads of Automation in priority sectors.
- Commercial acumen: pricing, utilization, deal structuring, margin management.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain, or willing to relocate.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English. Catalan is desired but not mandatory
Technical Fluency
- Understand how LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and tool calling enable agentic workflows.
- Know how to structure multi-agent systems for end-to-end processes.
- Advocate for safe AI operations with human-in-the-loop governance.
