We are looking for an outstanding FP&A to join our team and support the Finance leadership, bringing sharp financial data analysis and business intelligence to help shape and enhance our capabilities.

What you'll own

Financial Planning, Forecasting and Modelling 

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles. 
• Build, update and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, revenue forecasts). 
• Analyse variances vs. budget/ forecasts and provide clear explanations to leadership.  
• Partner with regional leaders to align forecasts with operational realities and growth plans. 
• Analysis of data to create business insight.

Management Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly performance reports including variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods.  
• Deliver insights around margin, revenue mix, cost drivers, and operational KPIs. 
• Provide commentary on risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. 
• Partner with Delivery and Sales to improve predictability of pipeline-to-revenue conversion. 

Process Improvement & Systems

• Enhance forecasting accuracy through automation, process redesign, and tool implementation. 
• Contribute to the evolution of financial systems and BI infrastructure.

Qualifications 

Must Have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or commensurate experience in a similar role 
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles. 
• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel). 
• Excellent data interpretation and ability to communicate insights clearly. 
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of professional services metrics (utilization, margin, etc.). 

Nice to Have 

• Qualified/ Part-Qualified in accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). 
• Experience in professional services environment. 
• Familiarity with global operations and multi‑entity financial structures. 
• Prior involvement in budgeting cycles, revenue forecasting, and operational KPIs. 
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Kantata, and ERP systems. 
• Experience with dashboards or BI tools (Power BI highly valued).
