Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct process discovery workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities across client organizations. 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable AI use cases and solution concepts. 
• Develop AI strategies and roadmaps that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business value. 
• Support sales teams with client workshops, value articulation, and business case development (ROI/TCO). 
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and impact. 
• Create clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers. 
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation. 

Qualifications 

•  ~3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in requirements gathering and process mapping. 
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating needs into actionable solutions. 
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including stakeholder workshops. 
• Fluent in German and English. 

Nice-to-Have 

• Experience with AI or automation projects. 
• Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau). 
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google). 
• Basic technical understanding (Python or SQL) for data analysis and rapid prototypes. 
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance.
