Senior Lean Consultant

Our UK team is looking forward to welcoming a Senior Lean Consultant to our Delivery team. You will be responsible for the delivery of assignments and work streams on client assignments. It is also expected that in the activity of exceptional delivery, you will identify opportunities for further business generation in order to help grow the business.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering improvement projects & programs with clients, ensuring we achieve agreed targets, timescales and costs
• Over 3 years’ experience of working with Lean Six Sigma in delivering improvements for organizations
• Identifying areas for improvement and process level issues for our clients
• Delivering tangible and validated financial savings
• Identify, scope, design and document opportunities to deploy RPA
• Mentoring and coaching of client colleagues who may be working alongside you for delivery of improvements
• Impeccable program and project credentials
• Delivering tangible and validated financial savings
• Leading and delivering Kaizen / Lean events
• Operations Management experience
• Dealing with any issues a customer may have with our performance and delivery
• Ensuring process improvement and lean six sigma knowledge remains up to date and relevant
• To lead by example showing appropriate behaviors in the role and when interacting with peer group, senior management, customers and all external parties
• Delivering Lean training as required
• Development of training materials and programs for Lean and other business training
• Travel to clients site and work from client offices as required and work from home between assignments

Requirements:

• Lean Six Sigma qualified to Black Belt level (or equivalent)
• RPA deployment knowledge
• Experience in delivering Lean training (or experience in delivering other training)
• Expert with MS Office suite of programs
• Presentation writing, process documentation, process analysis & process mapping
• Coaching Operational Leaders and Managers to drive performance improvements
• Appropriate stakeholder management and communications with clients colleagues
• Writing & submitting appropriate information and attending steering boards and compliance boards etc
