Responsibilities

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve E2E processes through process mining, analytics & automation
• Converting IT requirements into business insights, be the translator between IT and business
• Implement end-to-end processes with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio and UiPath. From system connection to data transformation (ETL process) and data modeling as well as the development of process analyses and optimization
• Creation of non-standard solutions by using new functionalities and application possibilities of the Celonis EMS
• Identify improvement potentials and develop strategies to realize these potentials for our customers
• Be an innovator and competent contact person for our customers on their digital transformation journey

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• Minimum 1 year experience of Celonis
• Proficiency with SQL (intermediate or strong basic skills)
• Good understanding of process flows in at least one ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)
• Good understanding of business processes. O2C, P2P, AR and AP should not be foreign words
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
• Fluency in English

 Skills & experience that are a plus:

• Other programming languages (such as Python, R, Matlab...)
• A strong background in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
