As a Lead developer, you will play a critical role in leading project teams and managing the delivery of technology-based solutions for our clients. You will be part of our technical team to develop end-to-end solutions that drive efficiencies, improve processes and deliver tangible business outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. You should have a deep understanding of the technology landscape in your specific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems.

In addition, you should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities & tasks for this role:

• Build and deliver end-to-end Appian solutions for our clients
• Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
• Understanding client needs and aligning delivery efforts and ensuring client expectations throughout the delivery process
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the application engineering team is continuously improving its offering

Must-have qualifications & competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Appian solutions
• Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
