Working Student – Agent Architect Team (f/m/d)*

Berlin Office; Munich Office; Remotely in Germany

YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Agent Architect Team at Parloa, you’ll support our mission to revolutionize customer service with AI Agents. You’ll work closely with our Agent Architects to ensure smooth project execution — from documentation and quality assurance to process optimization and coordination.

Your focus will be on administrative, operational, and organizational tasks that keep the team running efficiently. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how conversational AI projects are delivered to enterprise clients, while developing a strong understanding of both AI and SaaS project management.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Support the Agent Architect team in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal resources (e.g., best practice docs, checklists, project templates).
  • Help track project progress and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Manage internal tools and systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Slack, etc.) to support project workflows.
  • Assist in data organization and reporting, including preparing presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance by testing conversational flows, validating integrations, and reviewing agent responses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Forward Deployed Engineer, Partner Engagement Managers, and Product teams.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational processes, documentation quality, and team efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and customer experience — no coding required, but curiosity is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, or Excel is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (German is a big plus).
