About the Role:

As a Content Marketing Manager at Parloa, you will create and scale content that helps customers, prospects, partners, and the market better understand what is possible with AI-driven customer experience.

In this role, you will contribute to Parloa’s content strategy by developing high-quality written content across a range of formats and channels, supporting awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation. You will work across functions to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content and help ensure consistency in Parloa’s voice, messaging, and editorial standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong writing ability with strategic thinking, editorial discipline, and the ability to execute in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Areas of Ownership:

  • Develop and produce high-quality written content across formats including blog posts, articles, guides, ebooks, email content, campaign assets, executive bylines, event content, and other marketing materials
  • Support content planning across Parloa’s core owned and distribution channels, including website, blog, campaigns, social media, events, field marketing, paid programs, and partner co-marketing initiatives
  • Translate complex product, market, and customer topics into clear, audience-relevant narratives tailored to different channels and personas
  • Maintain strong editorial standards across content, including quality, consistency, brand voice, messaging alignment, and attention to detail
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports business priorities
  • Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to support timely and consistent content development and publishing
  • Use SEO and performance insights to improve discoverability, strengthen content performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to assess content effectiveness and support data-informed decisions on future content development
  • Help scale content production processes and collaborate effectively with internal partners, freelancers, agencies, or other external resources as needed
  • Support development of content for different audience segments and funnel stages, helping ensure relevance across campaign and lifecycle needs

Who You Are:

  • You bring 3+ years or equivalent experience in content marketing, copywriting, editorial, or digital marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or another complex B2B environment
  • You have exceptional writing and editing skills and can adapt tone, structure, and messaging for different formats, channels, and audiences
  • You are comfortable creating content across a variety of asset types and understand how content should be shaped differently depending on channel and use case
  • You have experience working with SEO principles, content management systems, and digital content performance data
  • You bring strong project management skills and can manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders effectively
  • You are collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, product teams, subject matter experts, and external partners
  • You are able to turn ambiguity into clear, structured content and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • You have strong attention to detail and care deeply about editorial quality and consistency

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, customer experience, or another technical B2B category
  • Experience working in a late-stage startup or fast-growing scale-up environment
  • Experience with executive content, product launch content, or field/event-related content
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external content contributors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Why Parloa?

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale—and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments—this is where you do it.

At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.

We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Backed by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
