Senior Product Analyst

 A day in the life

We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong impact on shaping our organization’s data-driven decision-making process. In this role, you will:

  • Own A/B Test Design and Analysis: Take full responsibility for the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests across our platform, ensuring rigorous experimentation to drive product improvements.
  • Develop Tracking and Monitoring Dashboards: Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards that track key metrics and performance indicators across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Cross-Functional Teams: Serve as the subject matter expert in analytics, working closely with Product Managers and operational teams to enhance product adoption, growth, and success through data-driven insights.
  • Create and Support Data Models, Reports, and Dashboards: Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights on product performance and assess the impact of new features and initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience in an analytical product role.
  • Excellent SQL skills with experience analyzing and visualizing large datasets, experience with Vertica/Hadoop Hive is a plus.
  • Experience in A/B testing analysis.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics in a business environment to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools, experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Fast and independent learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills in both written and verbal (Hebrew and English).
  • Experience in Ad-tech - big plus.
