Account Manager - EEMEA

Outbrain is seeking an Account Manager to play a key role on our EEMEA Account Management team. Based out of Netanya, the Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for existing and new clients in Israel as well as in other EMEA countries that are seeking to utilize Outbrain’s advertising & marketing solutions to grow their business, with emphasis on performance marketers in various verticals.
A Day in the Life
- Own and grow your book of business that will include several strategic clients, as well as onboard new clients.
- Maintain a close, consultative relationship with your clients. Serve as an expert to all things Outbrain while having a deep understanding of your clients KPI’s challenges and business needs.
- Conduct weekly status meetings with clients, monitor their activity closely and identify areas of improvement, optimization opportunities and drive new products adoption.
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews for your key accounts, and Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against.
- Carry out kickoff calls and manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Educate clients about best practices, provide insights from data
- Work routinely with, Product, Ad Operations, BI and other internal departments
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years experience in planning and managing digital media with emphasis on performance activities, preferably including hands-on PPC management.
- Experience in native discovery platforms – a plus.
- Client Service/Account Management experience - a plus
- Experience with export media activities is a plus.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude. Obsessed about client outcomes.
- Fast learner who can execute efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced technological environment.
- Analytical, able to use data as a driver, comfortable around multiple data & BI sources.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Native Hebrew speaker who is also fluent and proficient in English, verbal and writing.
