We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our IT infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and network equipment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for IT system services and infrastructure such as OKTA,  Kandji & security solutions.
  • Manage a fleet of MacOS & Windows endpoints using various MDM tools. 
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage the company’s IT infrastructure resources on-premises & cloud-based resources
  • Work tightly with the security team to ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure that IT systems comply with regulatory compliance standards and that robust security measures are implemented to protect sensitive data and minimize cybersecurity risks.
  • Regularly update systems and applications to patch vulnerabilities and enhance security.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, procedures, and best practices.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 5+  years of experience in system administration
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with a Cloud environment, build, maintenance, and support - advantage AWS\GCP.
  • Proficient in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) - must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
