As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Optimove, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients to seamlessly integrate our cutting-edge platform into their ecosystems. As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Optimove, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients to seamlessly integrate our cutting-edge platform into their ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Customer Success, Data Science, Professional Services, Product, and R&D—as well as directly with clients and partners to design, troubleshoot, and implement solutions that maximize business success. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' existing tech stacks and recommend optimal integration strategies.
- Design and implement tailored solutions using Optimove’s suite of products, including data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams - such as R&D, Product, Ops - to develop and refine technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth implementations and integrations.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Work with Optimove’s partners to define and execute technical integrations that benefit multiple clients.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively provide solutions to technical challenges.
- Serve as the technical focal point for the entire Customer Success organization.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or similar).
- Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud technologies, and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus!
