About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast-growing company and high-performing team of generalists. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about driving operational efficiency.
In this role, you will lead our deal desk function, optimizing sales processes, structuring deals, and managing pricing approvals. However, your impact won’t be limited to just that. You’ll also play a key role in strategic RevOps initiatives, including defining and implementing scalable processes, designing system architectures, driving change management, and enabling teams to execute efficiently across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Deal Desk function – support sales teams with deal structuring, pricing approvals, and process optimization.
- Own and optimize sales & revenue processes – drive efficiency and scalability across sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strategic initiatives – support high-impact projects related to go-to-market strategy, process automation, and RevOps innovation.
- Data & analytics – build dashboards, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize decision-making.
- Tech & systems – configure and manage sales and revenue tools (e.g., CRM, CPQ, reporting platforms) and improve system architecture.
- Change management & enablement – ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows across revenue teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in strategic or operational roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Consulting.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company – advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – ability to work with data and translate insights into action.
- Process-oriented – ability to create and refine scalable, efficient workflows.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable configuring and working with CRM and revenue tech tools.
- Go-to attitude – proactive, hands-on, and excited to take ownership of projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PPE, Accounting, Economics, or Law is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bonus: Consulting background is a big plus.
