We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within enterprise key accounts, including e.g. BMW and many more. The primary focus of this position is to drive growth and adoption within existing business accounts, specifically targeting factory-level decision-makers to expand the usage of our digital factory solutions across multiple locations. You will closely collaborate with colleagues from the Enterprise Sales team who are responsible for the strategic management of key accounts. Together, you will implement best practices to ensure scalable growth and successful expansion.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and engaging prospects. You are creative in overcoming challenges, solutions-oriented, and constantly curious. With a relentless drive to succeed, you excel at understanding complex client needs, devising innovative solutions, and positioning NavVis’ offerings as the perfect match.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Expand relationships with existing clients: Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen the use of our solution across additional departments or sites
- Engage with decision-makers at factory level: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at individual factory sites, driving further adoption and integration of our solution
- Identify and drive growth opportunities: Regularly assess customer needs and business changes, identifying opportunities to expand our solution’s footprint within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers to align on account strategies, ensuring the execution of growth initiatives and achieving strategic goals for key accounts
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in any industry, with a proven track record in lead generation and relationship building. Previous roles such as SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales are highly valued, and experience in closing deals is a plus
- Experience in doing enterprise sales is a significant advantage
- Your outstanding listening skills and natural curiosity will allow you to truly understand your clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions
- A deep passion for technology combined with excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) will enable you to effectively convey the potential of NavVis' spatial intelligence solutions to clients
- You thrive in fast-paced sales environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Fluent business-level English is essential, as English is our official language
- Preferred Location: Munich or surrounding areas within Germany
