THE OPPORTUNITY

How would you like to spark curiosity with potential channel partners and end customers, while leveraging your sales expertise to launch a new market?

As the Channel Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in establishing and growing NavVis’ presence in the United Arab Emirates, Middle East, and Africa. This is a foundational hire for our expansion into the region, where you will take ownership of developing our partner network, identifying high-value reseller opportunities in the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals, and driving strategic growth from our new base in Dubai.

Together with you, we aim to build a market-leading reseller community, a high-performing channel, and a strong NavVis footprint in the UAE — bringing digital twins to every room.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Drive channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement within the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on establishing a strong footprint in Dubai.
  • Use your sales instinct and market understanding to coach new and existing partners on product qualification, use cases, and the NavVis customer journey.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to partner strengths and local market demands.
  • Cultivate strong, win-win relationships with resellers, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and regional coverage.
  • Present to a wide variety of clients in the surveying, construction, and laser scanning space, including end users and solution partners.
  • Strategically position NavVis’ value proposition in the market through compelling storytelling, demos, and collaboration with Marketing.
  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to channel partners from first contact to closed sales — and beyond.
  • Leverage both your local network and NavVis-generated leads to drive adoption of NavVis technologies.

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Strong understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies within a technical B2B environment.
  • Experience building or scaling sales channels in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Background or understanding of the AEC or Surveying verticals will help you identify and establish qualified, high-value reseller relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and entrepreneurially — you’ll be the first NavVis employee in Dubai, responsible for building the foundation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders of all levels across internal teams and partner organizations.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to align with NavVis HQ teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Arabic language skills are beneficial.
  • Valid Work Authorization in the UAE.
