THE OPPORTUNITY

How would you like to inspire and lead a high-performing Channel Sales team, while leveraging your strategic vision and sales expertise to drive global growth and expand our reseller network? 

As the Team Lead Channel Sales at NavVis, you will take full ownership of leading and managing a high-performing Channel Sales team. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and the achievement of sales targets while ensuring strong collaboration with key stakeholders and optimizing market expansion through effective partner enablement and development.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Strategic Leadership & Team Management (100%) 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global Channel Sales team, driving sales excellence and ensuring target achievement. 
  • Define and execute the global Reseller Distribution Strategy, focusing on growth and market expansion. 
  • Foster the growth and development of our reseller partners by enhancing their capacity to sell and support NavVis solutions. 
  • Analyze and identify new reseller opportunities, providing strategic proposals to expand our market reach. 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Take ownership of the forecasting process, driving accuracy in weekly reviews and executing on monthly sales targets. 
  • Monitor team performance, optimize sales processes, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency. 
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Channel Success Team, etc. 
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment with internal teams and reseller partners to drive strategic initiatives and market growth. 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in sales and distribution management, specifically in channel partner environments, where you have successfully driven growth and cultivated strong partner relationships. 
  • You have a deep understanding of the Geospatial industry, including laser scanning, surveying, and AEC markets, enabling you to effectively navigate and contribute to these key areas. 
  • You excel in partner management, with the ability to build, nurture, and sustain successful relationships with reseller partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success. 
  • You have hands-on experience in direct partner management and possess the skills to coach and guide others, helping them thrive in this critical aspect of the sales process. 
  • You are highly familiar with carrying a quota and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to meet business objectives and drive results. 
  • You bring valuable international experience, with the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures, further enhancing your global perspective in sales management. 
  • You enjoy international travel and are willing to do so frequently (~50%) 
  • Your English skills are exceptional, enabling effective communication and collaboration with international partners and stakeholders. 
  • You have the necessary work permits for Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands or Germany.
