
Senior Sales Enablement Manager (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you excited by the chance to shape how sales teams at a fast-growing scale-up learn, grow, and succeed?
Working in close partnership with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and our existing Sales Enablement Manager, you will design and deliver scalable programs and playbooks that empower our teams to perform at their best. Your initiatives will help shorten ramp-up time, elevate sales excellence, and ensure consistent, high-impact execution across our Enterprise, SMB, and Reseller segments.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
1. Design & Own Sales Onboarding Programs
- Develop structured onboarding journeys for Business Development Specialist, Account Executives, tailored to Enterprise, SMB, and Reseller segments in different regions of the world.
- Define learning objectives, timelines, and milestones to ensure a smooth and effective ramp-up.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics: scheduling cohorts, organizing sessions, managing invites, and tracking participation.
2. Professionalize& Maintain Sales Playbooks
- Refine and continuously promotion role-specific playbooks that capture best practices, messaging, and workflows across the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to integrate up-to-date product insights, industry trends, and pricing content that empower the sales organization.
3. Drive Sales Process & Tool Mastery
- Take functional ownership of key enablement topics such as sales process, methodology, and CRM usage (HubSpot, Dynamics).
- Support rollout and adoption of new tools (Outreach, Gong, Seismic, Synthesia) and leverage AI-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness.
4. Manage Enablement Operations
- Maintain onboarding and enablement calendars.
- Track attendance, feedback, and impact metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for all onboarding activities, ensuring new hires and managers know exactly what to expect.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations roles within a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or technology sales).
- Experience designing or managing onboarding programs for customer-facing teams.
- Solid understanding of modern sales processes, methods and tools (CRM, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, or similar). Hands-on sales experience will be a great skill to have for understanding what sales experts need to excel.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills - ability to engage audiences from junior or experienced new joiners, existing sellers to seasoned enterprise sellers.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
