THE OPPORTUNITY

At NavVis, we believe that great decisions are based on great data – and the People Team is no exception. As our HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist (f/m/d), you’ll play a central role in shaping how we understand and plan for our workforce through People KPI and People Cost Planning & Reporting.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes related to our people data. By delivering clear, reliable insights on both workforce trends and people-related costs, you’ll empower the People Team and business leaders to make data-informed decisions that support our growth and strategy.

We are looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This setup is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the areas of HR, strategy, and analytics.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Develop and continuously enhance a comprehensive HR KPI dashboard that tracks key workforce metrics and enables data-driven decision-making across the People Team and leadership
  • Take ownership of our People Budget planning and processes, acting as the go-to person for headcount & FTE planning, personnel cost reporting, budget control, and forecast analysis – while ensuring a reliable, up-to-date foundation for people-related data and insights
  • Own the reporting and coordination of People-related accruals and financial inputs – including vacation and bonus provisions – to ensure accurate monthly updates and seamless integration into the company’s financial closing and audit processes

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Several years of experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, or a similar role
  • Strong command of Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables); experience with reporting tools or HRIS platforms is a plus
  • A data- and numbers-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and make informed, results-oriented decisions
  • A collaborative, business-partnering mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking, and high attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
