About the role
Location: Remote (Full time)
The Junior Graphic Designer will be one who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, and digital design and wants to work on impactful campaigns that reach millions of customers.
You will support the creative team in developing high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, website, product visuals, and print materials. You will collaborate among your peers, copywriters, and take directives from your leaders to bring brand concepts to life while maintaining Moniepoint’s visual identity.
This is a hands-on role, where you will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and refine your skills while working on projects that drive business impact.
What you’ll get to do
- Design eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.
- Ensure all designs follow Moniepoint’s brand guidelines, typography, and color scheme.
- Collaborate with strategists to develop creative visual storytelling.
- Work closely with senior designers, art directors, and copywriters to execute creative projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
- Support the team with asset creation, resizing, and production work as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.
- Bring new creative ideas to the team, experimenting with typography, color, and composition.
- Ensure all assets are properly labeled and stored for easy accessibility.
- Prepare print-ready files when necessary, ensuring high-quality output.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience with financial services, fintech, or corporate branding is a welcome advantage
- Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
- Illustration skills or experience with vector-based drawing tools is a plus

What to expect in the hiring process
- Application & portfolio review: we review the quality of your designs in your portfolio
- Preliminary phone call with HR: a brief conversation where your expectations are discussed, background, growth potential, career outlook, personality and cultural fit is accessed.
- Assessment: a take-home assessment to evaluate strategic and creative skill set and technical depth
- Final executive conversation: an interview with the Creative Director, where you will present the assessment. You will also be assessed on alignment with our values and principles.
