About the role

The Global Executive Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic partner responsible for identifying and attracting the core leadership layer of Moniepoint. This role focuses specifically on critical senior-level appointments ranging from Senior Manager to Senior Director.

You would be working as part of a high-impact leadership hiring team. You will bridge the gap between functional recruitment and executive search. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional heads and senior leadership, providing market mapping and high-touch search execution for the leaders who will scale our departments. You will work in close collaboration with the executive recruiters (VP+) to ensure a cohesive and consistent leadership talent strategy across the organization.

What you’ll get to do

  • Search Execution (SM-SD): Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director roles across all global functions
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with the 2 Executive Recruiters (VP+) to ensure alignment on leadership standards and to provide a seamless transition between functional and executive search
  • Market Mapping: Proactively conduct deep-dive research and market mapping to identify high-potential senior leadership talent in fintech, banking, and technology hubs globally
  • Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to functional business leaders, providing insights on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and competency requirements for senior roles
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, professional experience tailored for senior leaders, ensuring they are well-briefed on Moniepoint’s vision and leadership expectations.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain ”ready-now” pipelines for key senior leadership job families, anticipating business growth and attrition.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure that leadership shortlists are representative and that selection processes are designed to mitigate bias and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Assessment: Use advanced assessment frameworks to evaluate senior candidates for functional expertise, leadership capability, and cultural fit

To succeed in this role, we think you should have:

  • 8-10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on senior management or leadership-level hiring.
  • Proven track record of closing high-impact roles at the Senior Manager, Director, or Senior Director level in fast-growth tech or fintech environments.
  • Deep expertise in search methodologies, including proactive headhunting, networking, and sophisticated market mapping
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior business leaders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of leadership competencies and the ability to assess candidates against high-performance standards
  • An educational background in human resources and/or a relevant technical program is required.
  • Experience working in a top-tier search firm or a high-growth ”scale-up” environment.
  • Experience managing leadership hiring across multi-country entities (e.g., Nigeria, India, UK)..
  • Exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail.
  •  Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools beyond standard LinkedIn (e.g., data-driven sourcing or talent intelligence platforms)..

About you

  • You are a collaborator by default, thriving in a team environment where information sharing with executive search peers is key to collective success.
  • You see the ”big picture” but execute with precision, ensuring that senior hires are aligned with the long-term functional and cultural goals of the company
  • You are a proactive networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with leaders before a vacancy even exists.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, framing people's issues in business terms that resonate with senior stakeholders.
  • You are data-driven, using market insights and metrics to shape recruitment strategies and manage stakeholder expectations

What Success Looks Like

  • You have built a strong, collaborative rhythm with the VP+ recruitment team, ensuring leadership hiring is seen as one unified function by the business.
  • Senior Manager to Senior Director roles are filled with high-caliber talent that demonstrates long-term potential and cultural alignment.
  • Business leaders view you as an essential partner in their workforce planning and organizational design discussions.
  • You have established a robust internal database of pre-qualified senior talent, reducing time to-hire and reliance on external agencies.
  • Senior leadership candidates consistently provide positive feedback on the clarity, depth, and professionalism of their recruitment journey

  • Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member. We’ve built a company where all opinions carry weight and where all voices are heard. We value and respect each other and always look out for one another. Above all, we are human.
