About the role

We are hiring a Head of Media Planning to lead strategic media investment, agency management, and media efficiency.

To succeed in this role you must have proven experience managing large, multi-channel media budgets and the ability to translate media data into clear business outcomes

What you’ll get to do

  • Manage large, multi-channel media budgets for the organization
  • Coordinate and Manage our media effectiveness within regulated environments
  • Translate media data into clear business outcomes 
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all media campaigns are up and running smoothly
  • Be responsible for all agency interactions and negotiation

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • A recognized university degree
  • Relevant 8–10 years media experience
  • Exposure to fintech, financial services, telco, or large-scale consumer brands
  • Experience managing agencies to buy and plan media
  • Understanding of the rudiments of the Media Landscape in Nigeria
  • Experience in Media Strategy, Planning, and execution
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
