Join us as a Working Student Learning & Development (m/f/d) in our People & Relations Business Partner team on a shared journey that matters!
We are part of People & Relations and responsible for Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development at MOIA. We believe that with a close connection to the business, we can provide more proactive help with the people side of things. Therefore, we are our managers’ sparring partner in those areas and help them make MOIA a better place to work.
The role and your impact at MOIA
- Support the organization and communication of L&D initiatives (trainings, workshops, learning paths).
- Assist in content creation: presentations, toolkits, playbooks, and internal documentation.
- Research learning trends, providers, and innovative learning formats.
- Collect and analyze feedback and data to help improve learning offerings.
- Contribute to the development of leadership and DEI learning initiatives. Understand and update the company's HR policies & processes.
- Provide data analysis support on people-related matters, e.g., diversity report.
Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests, and skills.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program (with a focus on HR or Psychology would be a plus).
- First experience in HR or another business field as an intern or working student.
- Strong interest in organizational learning and leadership development.
- To support you in your personal development and to be able to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be available for at least one year.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Student Community
We are a diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated, and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approximately 25 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics, like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
