MOIA’s Global Operator Enablement Services (GOES) Organization is our delivery backbone — our mission-critical interface to operator customers worldwide. As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we integrate vehicle lifecycle enablement, digital platform provisioning, service operations, and customer support to deliver a seamless experience. Acting as the single point of contact for operators, GOES ensures end-to-end excellence.

The Customer Projects Team is part of the GOES organization and a cornerstone of our organization, ensuring the successful delivery of our products to customers worldwide. We lead and manage global deployments of our turnkey solution, which includes hundreds of autonomous vehicles, enabling operations for both business and governmental clients. 

As Senior Launch Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for our operator customers and internal teams, driving the success of complex, high-impact projects. 

What you will do

  • Own project management for top-tier customer projects across the globe. 
  • Lead and orchestrate the core project team for product launches and operator enablement. 
  • Act as the key interface to customers, ensuring transparency, steering delivery, and enabling executive-level decision-making. 
  • Manage stakeholders from end-to-end, gathering requirements, and aligning expectations effectively. 
  • Drive delivery milestones, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution. 
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing transparency and actionable insights. 
  • Integrate cross-functional teams within MOIA to guarantee delivery success. 
  • Proactively tackle challenges, offering strategic and structural guidance to ensure execution. 

What will help you to fulfill your role 

  • Extensive experience in rolling out complex technology projects to B2B customers. 
  • Proven track record working with large business clients and diverse stakeholder groups, with strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to design robust project structures and scale programs effectively across customer and internal teams. 
  • Experience in agile, fast-paced environments within digital or automotive domains. 
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to consolidate complex information for different stakeholder levels. 
  • Expertise in prioritization, risk management, and execution under time constraints. 
  • Travel readiness within Europe and overseas. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
