We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill a (Senior) Product Process Manager - parental leave cover position (12 months).

As a (Senior) Product Process Manager, you will drive process discovery initiatives to develop and improve processes for the product portfolio in collaboration with product managers and customer-facing teams. You will actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement and evolution of product process management, ensuring it effectively supports our agile product development and creates tangible value across the organization.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain an end-to-end overview of all product-related processes to facilitate transparency and alignment.
- Perform process discoveries and workshops to analyze and understand user and business requirements that shape our products.
- Provide process designs and overviews as input to customer projects, enabling a shared understanding of operational processes related to the product and serving as a basis for discussing processes and roles.
- Conduct quality checks on process models and documentation.
- Strengthen the team's mission by fostering understanding and collaboration across teams.
- Support product management and other internal stakeholders in process development.
- Help the organization with process management tools and methods as needed within an agile working environment.
- Onboard and train internal stakeholders on our process management system.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Possess several years of hands-on experience in process management, including a strong grasp of modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0 and proficient mapping methods.
- Solid understanding of process architecture and related methodologies, combined with proven experience in using BPM tools (e.g. SAP Signavio or similar process management systems).
- Display a good understanding of working collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, and requirements managers as part of the agile product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate expertise in utilizing analysis and creativity techniques for process development, with a focus on process requirements analysis.
- Apply effective problem-solving and facilitation approaches to enhance collaboration and successfully resolve issues.
- Possess the ability to convince and adapt to stakeholders, demonstrating a capacity to take various perspectives and communicate effectively in their language.
- Be a skilled networker, fostering connections and collaborations that contribute to the success of the team and organization.
- Exhibit a genuine desire for change, coupled with a creative drive that fuels innovation and contributes to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
