Marketing Manager, North America (5.5 Month Contract)

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the NAMER region. You will be covering for our Marketing Manager in our Toronto office leading demand generation, account-based marketing activities driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and contributing to NAMER revenue pipeline growth. 

You will also be the marketing and customer expert on the ground, and you have an important role in feeding back insights about the North American market to the global marketing team.

The Mission:

  • Develop, plan, and implement Demand generation and Account-Based Marketing campaigns tailored to the NAMER region to drive MQLs and SQLs and pipeline generation 
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email, social media, webinars, and direct outreach.
  • Monitor campaign performance and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Oversee planning and execution of customer events, webinars, industry events etc. within the NAMER region
  • Support and create NAMER specific content creation aligned with the marketing and ABM objectives to showcase the value proposition and success of the organization.
  • Provide analysis of potential new areas to bring more SQLs and pipelines as well as reporting on and analyzing the impact of your efforts

 

This role reports to Global Director of Enterprise Marketing based out of our Stockholm office, with dotted line reporting to General Manager in our Toronto office

Who you are:

  • We believe you probably have at least 5 years hands-on relevant experience.
  • You have proven track record in running successful account based marketing and demand generation campaigns from planning to execution
  • You are results driven and highly analytical
  • You are an excellent communicator and problem solver 
  • You have a proactive and 'can do' attitude with attention to details
  • You enjoy standing in front of people/camera to host events and webinars 
  • You have experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as customer.io, hubspot, salesforce, braze etc.   
  • Legally eligible to work in Toronto Canada is a must

  • Marketing and Sales team to support tactics and identify opportunities
  • Sales Operation and Data Scientist function to support data 
  • Professional CRM and data gathering services (Customer.io, Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Salesforce)

Please Note: Mentimeter follows a hybrid work policy, which would require you to be in our Downtown Toronto office, 3 days a week.
