Administration and Operations Assistant
Customer service:
- Account portal management
- Order placement & report distribution
- Data registration
- Internal & external customer support
- Processes Implementation
- Shipment management
Admin Support:
- Maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Identification and commitment to the mission of the organization and the values of the company
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in similar functions in customer or service support
- English B2. Experience writing and speaking in English is essential for our international company
- Naturally detail oriented and takes a methodical approach to work
- Highly organised, productive and able to manage own time effectively
- Able to work autonomously and act on own initiative
- Good attitude and predisposition, highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong operations mindset and initiative
- Immediate availability
