LetsGetChecked is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud) to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be a part of our Salesforce Team and work with our internal business stakeholders to deliver functionality and features to meet business process needs. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Functional Delivery: This position will need to understand the functional requirements of our internal stakeholders gathering and communication between the Salesforce internal stakeholders and the technical Salesforce team.
- Planning and Requirements: Lead planning and requirements sessions for functional business areas, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Documentation and Communication: Document requirements using methods such as process flows, user stories etc. Communicate findings and needs to both business partners and development teams.
- Agile Delivery: Ability to understand, document, and articulate epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business partners and delivery teams.
- Development Processes: Ensure features are developed and delivered through the appropriate Salesforce development environment pipelines
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and guide solutions, building strong relationships and trust along the way.
- Business Process Design: Design business processes for high complexity objectives, ensuring they are effectively modeled and measured, driving business improvements.
- Solution Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate on solution design with Salesforce Team colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment with other development efforts.
- User Acceptance testing: Manage the user acceptance testing of functionality deployed in Salesforce.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin.
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Business Analyst Certification
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document functional requirements.
- Experience working in agile project environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in designing and improving business processes.
- Experience managing user acceptance testing.
- Jira for ticket management, user stories, release notes etc.
- Development and deployment processes - GitHub, Devops Center
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Salesforce certifications - Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder
- Experience with specific Salesforce Sales Cloud.
