What you will be doing:
- Operational management:
Guarantee compliance with SLAs and strict application of processes within agencies.
Carry out regular network audits.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify levers for improvement.
- Network development :
Identify and exploit new opportunities for network expansion and new branch openings.
Actively participate in the feasibility studies and implementation process for new branches.
- Remittance :
Increase cash collection from branches day by day.
- Team Management :
Manage, motivate and support branch managers, their teams and supervisors.
Manage ongoing training and assessment of branch staff.
Develop team skills and maintain a positive work climate.
- Communication and Reporting :
Centralize and synthesize information from the field for management.
Produce regular performance reports on the region's activity.
Maintain fluid and transparent communication with all teams.
