About the job :
As a Demand Planner, you will be part of our Commercial Department, and working along experienced demand planners for all categories. You will be reporting to a Senior Demand Planner. Your contribution will be instrumental in executing our strategy across all our categories by ensuring our products are available, while optimizing our cashflow and ebitda with a healthy inventory. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Key Account
Managers, get exposure to Electronics, FMCG and Fashion business, and coordinate orders with suppliers and logistics team. This is a great opportunity to gain skills in analysis, planning, organization and relationship building with suppliers.
Job responsibilities
● Measure the sales and run rates of our product assortment
● Calculate the quantities to be replenished
● Prepare data analysis to improve the quantity forecasting with Account Managers
● Maintain an updated active assortment listing of SKUs to be replenished
● Control and coordinate purchase orders requests with management
● Create purchase orders and share them with suppliers
● Plan and follow-up with suppliers for the deliveries of purchase orders
● Measure the KPIs and Strong ownership of tasks
● Ulfilment rates related to your actions
Requirements
● Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
● Good with numbers, you are proficient with functions and tools in excel.
● Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tool), or willingness to learn and adapt
● Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and other teams
● Willing to learn and develop on the job, get exposure to new topics
● Ability to work consistently to achieve business goals
