What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the expansion of Pick Up Stations across Egypt, identifying strategic locations to maximize coverage and customer convenience
- Align proposed locations with internal stakeholders and business priorities
- Build, manage, and expand a network of partners supporting the PUS model
- Develop and execute expansion plans aligned with growth objectives
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify optimal PUS locations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations and partners
- Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with landlords or contracts with partners
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from prospecting to contract signing
- Ensure cost-effective deals while maintaining facility quality standards
- Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, property owners, local authorities, and partners
- Oversee the launch of new Pick Up Stations, from site selection to operational handover
- Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time project delivery
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements
- Analyze market data, customer demand, and competitor presence to guide expansion decisions
- Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for new locations
- Track and report expansion KPIs, including timelines, costs, and performance
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in expansion, real estate, business development, or facility launches, preferably within supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or retail
- Proven track record of successfully launching multiple locations or facilities
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of Egypt’s geography, including cities, governorates, and commercial areas
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and ROI analysis
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning
- Relationship building and networking capability
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Clear communication skills in Arabic and English
- High attention to detail and execution excellent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
- Supply chain background is a plus
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
