The Sorting Hub Team Lead is primarily responsible for supporting the Sorting Center Manager in the strategic organization, meticulous coordination, and effective supervision of all Sorting Center activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Direct supervision and guidance of operational personnel (agents) to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Guarantee efficient management, tracking, and timely provisioning of all necessary supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Workforce Administration: Accurately manage and track the attendance and working hours of temporary personnel.
  • Quality and Compliance: Enforce and monitor strict adherence to the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all operational areas.
  • Exception Handling: Expedite and process problematic or non-standard items and shipments.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of "Zero In Transit" and "Pending forwards" parcels not recorded in the Manifest Unit (MU), specifically concerning Dropshipping and Operational shipments (OP).
  • Reporting and Communication: Proactively document and communicate critical operational data, deviations, or concerns that impact the smooth functioning of the Sorting Center.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Execute additional departmental tasks and initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
