What you will be doing:
- Support the setup, trafficking and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and programmatic environments.
- Implement ad creatives, targeting settings, tracking parameters and bidding configurations accurately based on campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance metrics daily, identifying issues early and coordinating quick resolutions.
- Manage ad operations tasks including creative trafficking, tag implementation, tracking setup and troubleshooting technical problems related to ad serving.
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners and agencies to deliver campaign assets on time and ensure proper tracking and measurement.
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data and contribute to reports and dashboards that track KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement and conversions.
- Provide data driven insights and suggestions to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all creatives, landing pages and settings comply with platform specifications, brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Maintain clear documentation for campaign setup, changes, optimizations and performance learnings.
- Communicate campaign status and key performance updates to cross functional teams in a clear and timely manner.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in digital advertising, ad operations or campaign management.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360 or other ad serving tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
