What you will be doing:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders across multiple social media platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns in line with Jumia’s promotional calendar and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring deliverables are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for reach and engagement.
- Support the execution of Jumia’s social media strategy by managing content calendars, posting schedules, and platform activities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (influencer and social media), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to proactively propose fresh ideas and content opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and graphics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across all digital channels.
- Assist in budget tracking and reporting for influencer and social media campaigns, ensuring effective spend and strong ROI.
- Contribute to community management by engaging with audiences on social platforms to strengthen brand presence.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaign execution (experience in e-commerce is a plus).
