Partner Support Specialist

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Partner Support Specialist to join our Vilnius office. 

This position is a maternity leave replacement (temporary employment contract).

In this position, you’ll support our sales team, cooperate with partners regarding different sales procedures, and ensure up-to-date information on our systems. If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for details and are interested in sales, join our professional team.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Providing the highest sales support experience to our merchant partners and our sales team.
  • Onboarding our partners by introducing systems, creating profiles, users and payment options.
  • Preparing and drafting cooperation contracts with our partners.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and reviews of bonus payments.
  • Advising, visiting and training partners regarding our products and services if needed.
  • Collaborating closely with different stakeholders and providing accurate information regarding our products.

Ideally, you would have: 

  • 2-3 years of previous work experience as a Sales (Support) Assistant, Insurance Assistant or similar.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in understanding sales processes and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
