CRM Manager

Due to our growth ambitions, we are seeking a talented CRM Manager in Poland. 

What will you be doing?

  • Maximizing the value of the bank's relationship with the customer by designing and implementing initiatives related to sales, upselling, and customer retention within proprietary sales channels.
  • Planning and managing the customer experience in the areas of onboarding and the product lifecycle.
  • Conducting customer segmentation, analyzing potential, and selecting criteria for cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns, in cooperation with other organizational units.
  • Developing campaign projects (value proposition, call-to-action, visuals, communication channels, purchase path) and implementing them across different channels, considering target groups, service processes, and customer communication.
  • Optimizing sales processes for CRM campaigns in collaboration with teams responsible for products and systems.
  • Analyzing campaign results and recommending future modifications.
  • Collaborating with business units at headquarters to share best practices in CRM and customer communication.
  • Taking necessary actions to achieve volume and revenue goals for the implemented campaigns.

What We'd Like to See in You:

  • Professional experience in a similar position in direct sales, CRM campaign management, or direct marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in designing and implementing cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, segment customers, and recommend actions based on campaign results.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to build business relationships.
  • Knowledge of trends in CRM, direct sales, and best practices in sales process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
