Lead an innovative ADHD & ASD service from the ground up
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch, development and ongoing delivery of an exciting specialist ADHD and ASD assessment and treatment service.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a service designed to make a genuine difference to people seeking high-quality, accessible neurodevelopmental support.
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role—overseeing everything from CQC registration and compliance through to operational delivery, clinical governance, diagnosis pathways and prescribing oversight.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional Registered Manager position.
You will be responsible for building and leading a high-quality, patient-centred service focused on ADHD and ASD assessment, diagnosis and treatment pathways.
You will have full operational oversight of the service, ensuring it is clinically safe, compliant, efficient, and positioned for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
CQC Registration & Regulatory Leadership
- Lead and manage the full CQC registration process
- Act as the Registered Manager for the service
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and governance frameworks
- Prepare for and manage inspections, audits and regulatory reporting
Service Delivery & Operational Ownership
- Oversee the end-to-end patient journey
- Design and optimise operational pathways for assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Drive service performance, quality standards and patient satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
Clinical Governance
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure robust diagnostic pathways
- Oversee ADHD/ASD assessment processes
- Ensure safe and effective prescribing pathways are in place
- Monitor clinical outcomes and governance standards
- Escalate and manage risk appropriately
Team Leadership
- Lead, support and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion and excellence
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
Strategic Development
- Shape the future direction of the service
- Contribute to service expansion and new initiatives
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver growth
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional neurodevelopmental care.
Essential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a regulated healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and registration processes
- Experience managing clinical governance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead regulated healthcare services
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Highly Desirable
- Experience within ADHD, ASD, mental health, neurodevelopmental or specialist diagnostic services
- Knowledge of prescribing pathways and clinical assessment models
- Experience launching or scaling new healthcare services
