The Opportunity:

We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our thriving team in Cape Town in our Youth Internship Programme for 12 months.

Our Internships are an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on working experience within a dynamic and fast-paced global healthcare recruitment business, whilst also giving you the opportunity to achieve an additional International accreditation.

We have opportunities available within various areas of our business, from Sales to IT, Business Development to Compliance if you have a specific passion then let us know.

What Would You Be Doing:

Working within established teams, with full support and training, you would have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks such as:

• Sourcing talent to meet our clients needs.
• Data entry, document management, and updating internal databases
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled confidentially
• Collaborate professionally with team members across departments and regions at all levels
• Assist with internal reporting and performance tracking
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed by management

What is the Criteria to Apply

As this is a Youth Internship there is a criteria that all successful candidates will need to meet which include but are not limited to:

• Recently completed a Certified diploma/degree in a Professional Sector, such as Business Administration, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Health Sciences
• Employment Equity (EE) Candidates will be prioritised
• Available to begin the Programme in March 2026 and attend assessments in February 2026
• Strong written and verbal communication skills which will be tested
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
