Team Lead Account / Growth Management Germany SMB (f/m/d)

The Position

Whether you’ve scaled an e-commerce brand and want to bring your expertise to multiple high-growth companies, or you’re already in B2B and ready for a bigger scope - this role puts you at the center of European e-commerce growth.

  • Growth leader: As a SMB Team Lead of AM, you will be at the heart of the growth function, and an ambassador of the Account Management function. You will join the extended growth leadership, enabling you to challenge the status quo and shape the growth organization from the inside. You will manage and structure a team of 4-5 individual contributors in their day-to-day and long-term development.
  • Impact-driven role: You’ll design and implement strategic initiatives that generate revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth onboarding. Your work will influence not just one brand’s trajectory but dozens, creating scalable best practices for the entire Hive client portfolio.
  • Global collaboration: You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a global team and the fastest-growing brands based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.

Your Profile

  • Brand or B2B leadership experience: You have 4-7 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development or are leading a commercial team in a high-growth brand environment.
  • Strategic & analytical mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives; you also can put numbers into business context.
  • Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, can anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track, and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details necessary in executive work.
  • Project management: You are good at coordinating tasks between teams or stakeholders and are laser-focused on achieving the project targets and deadlines.
  • Language proficiency & communication skills: Exceptional communication skills in German and English are required, and additional knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the business.
  • Enthusiasm for sales & marketing: Preferably you have a background in sales & marketing (studies or practical experience) or a strong passion for growth. Brand/E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
